It’s a tough enough challenge to sober up and build a solid recovery with alcoholism or drug addiction. If you suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, or other mental illness, the challenge is twice as hard. Fortunately, treatment providers are learning new and more effective ways to help people with co-occuring disorders.
